Common problems identified with NDT testing machines are interruption while performing a test, burning of operators from overheated machines, test being disturbed by Magnetic fields and long start up times.
Labino UV-lamps make use of MPXL as well as LED technology, offering strong performance and overcome all above-mentioned drawbacks of methods such as Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection (FMPI) and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) that even today are methods still used in the NDT field. Labino’s UV lamps have been used within Non Destructive testing for almost 20 years.
Our goal is to constantly gather knowledge from you and use that knowledge to develop new high performance UV lamps to fulfill your needs.

MB Pro
Introducing MB PRO, a battery powered product that combines the superior optical performance of MB 3.0 and the durability of Hercules EX. Designed to perform in extreme temperatures and harsh working conditions, 24 x 7. Made with penetrant resistant materials and certified with an ingress protection marking of IP68. Depending on the model, the beam diameter is 8-9 inches / 20-22 cm and with intensities that vary from ≈ 4 000 to 9 000 μW/cm2. MB PRO Zeus and MB PRO Selene are equipped with a strong white light as well. MB PRO comes with a 3-year warranty.
