| CP-1 contrast paint provides a high contrast background for interpreting magnetic particle indications. By applying white, CP-1 contrast paint to a part before magnetic particle inspection, indications will show more clearly against a white background and be easier to interpret. CP-1 enhances the visibility of black or red-brown magnetic particles under white light conditions. | DUBL-CHEK CP-2 is a specially formulated, fast drying, low odour white paint that provides a high contrast background for interpreting magnetic particle results. CP-2 enhances the visibility of indications under visible light conditions when the background material has a similar colour to the particles. When dry, CP-2 is resistant to wet suspension fluids, but is easily removed with DUBLCHEK DR-64. | Colour: White

| DUBL-CHEK DR-64 Cleaner / Remover can be used in the solvent remove penetrant process and to remove CP-2 white contrast paint from part surfaces. In the penetrant process it is a manual wipe on and wipe off material and is recommended for small areas. When removing CP-2 spray directly onto the surface and wipe. DR-64 may also be used for generally cleaning oily, dirty surfaces. DR-64 is especially suitable for cleaning prior to the application of inspection penetrants.
